    Jim and Barb, I too imagine what life must have been like back in the day when Natchez was a bustling trade town. The mighty Mississippi sure has some tales to tell of America’s past. Some of the houses were built before automobiles and I can just envision the horses and carriages ambling slowly down the oak lined paths that led to these amazing mansions. Thanks for reading!

    What a cool little town! Looking at the pictures of the houses you can not help but wonder what they must of been like back in the day. Some of them are huge and beautiful today, imagine what they were like when they were first built!
